During Your Session

Whatever you’re comfortable in. Some clients undress fully, while others prefer to keep undergarments on. Your therapist will always step out while you get on the table and ensure you’re properly draped throughout your treatment.

Deep tissue work can involve some discomfort, especially if we’re addressing stubborn tension or trigger points—but it should never feel like punishment. We work with your body, not against it, and we’ll always adjust pressure based on your feedback.

Treatment Planning

It varies! Some clients come in weekly during injury recovery or high-stress periods, while others come bi-weekly or monthly for maintenance. We’ll help you create a schedule that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Heatlth Considerations

If you’re sick (especially with anything contagious), it’s best to reschedule. Massage can actually make symptoms worse when your immune system is already working overtime. Plus, we want to protect other clients and staff. Just give us a call and we’ll help you find a new time.
